 PAYMENT

Payment can be made with multiple forms: credit card, PayPal and e-transfer for Canadians only. All prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars). The website will convert currency depending on region. 

 

UPON PURCHASE

All orders that are made-to-order will be shipped within (7-12) business days. More intricate pieces (such as casted work) may take longer but you will be informed with an prior to purchase via the product page and a reminder email a couple days after purchase.

 

SALES TAX

All Canadian residents will be charged GST/HST depending on your respective province or territory. These taxes will be calculated on your total order. 

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING 

We offer FREE CANADA SHIPPING after $150 CAD in purchases. FREE US after $250 USD.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, Chitchats OR USPS. So, if Canada Post can ship it to your country - so can we!

We ship to the UK and EU but customers may be required to pay duties and tariffs imposed by their respective governments. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS. 

You can request for upgrades in tracking, insurance, or faster shipping at your own cost by simply emailing us prior to check-out. We will ship to the address given to us. So, please always double-check it!

Shipping times are approximately as follows:

  • Canada: 5-14 business days
  • United States: 8-14 business days
  • International: 2-4 weeks

Please, also be aware that we are in no way responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes incurred on your package. These all have to do with local shipping and customs laws that we have no connections to.

 

LOSS OR DAMAGES THROUGH CANADA POST OR YOUR POSTAL SERVICES

All our parcels are covered with insurance for the item only. If your run into issues with your package and we need to claim insurance you will be issued back the amount minus shipping and taxes in the case a replacement cannot be shipped again.   

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

RETURNS are not accepted because of the personal nature of jewellery. If you are however not satisfied with your COVEN purchase we can offer you an EXCHANGE. This must be arranged within 7 days of the arrival of your original purchase. You will be asked to send back the original item and you will have to pay for the shipping (which we will not reimburse). We will then notify you the credit value of your original purchase and resend your new item(s) to also be paid by you. US orders and International orders do not qualify for exchanges or returns. We also do not accept cancellations on a product once a purchase has been made.

 

REPAIRS

For repairs and other inquiries regarding this please contact us at covensk@me.com OR the Contact Us form. COVEN offers repairs on items up to 1 year of purchases with the assumption that you have properly cared for your product.

COVEN reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
